What a great round-up overall. But I mean, really. There are only four words for this. Cadbury. Creme Eggs. Cupcakes. OMG. I have to make these! Thank you!
What wonderful images and decadent Easter treats! I’d love to the the Italian Taralli cookies–they look so yummy.
Now I’m hungry! Thanks for the Easter goodies (I think my fave was the bread bunny!)
We used to celebrate Easter in grand style when we were younger and had many of these on offer. My favourite to this day are the hot cross buns, I search them out wherever we are. Thanks for sharing and bringing back some good memories.
Noel, what a superb list of Easter offerings. Timely for me,notorious, as I bought an Easter Paska bread today to get us in the spirit! Cheers!
Having a sweet tooth, I loved all the different “Sweet” Easter treats. The Cadbury crème egg cupcakes were perhaps the most decadent for sure! Love learning new things too, although the ” hot cross bun baked on Good Friday could be used as medicine throughout the year” fact was a little odd but seeing that i like hot cross buns, I’ll believe it.
Well, I’m hungry now! It was great to see this list of Easter foods and desserts.I found the Easter bunny bread particularly appealing – I’m wondering if I want to tackle that for Easter.
Easter is such a fun food celebration. I’d have to add our Lamb Cake that we make every year. People always say what?!? It’s not made from lamb it’s actually just pound cake in a lamb mold. I’ve had it since we were kids. It’s always a big hit.
Sure send me the recipe and I’ll include it into the post Sue!
